Elementary Lead Teachers

Position Type: Full-Time
Our team is seeking a nurturing, enthusiastic Toddler Program Teacher to guide children ages 18 months to 2 years. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development and committed to fostering independence, language growth, and joyful exploration.
What We’re Looking For: An educator who can create a safe, engaging, Montessori-aligned environment while supporting language development, practical life skills, and social growth. The ideal candidate will foster independence through hands-on activities and movement, collaborate with families to support each child’s unique journey, and bring strong communication and classroom management skills. Montessori Infant/Toddler certification is preferred, though early childhood experience is also valued.
Before and After School Care Teachers
Our team is seeking a caring, reliable Before and After School Care Teacher to support students during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up hours. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a safe, engaging environment where children can relax, play, and connect with friends outside of classroom hours. Hours are Monday-Friday from 6:30am-8:00am, and 3:00pm-6:pm.
What We’re Looking For: An individual who is nurturing, organized, and attentive, with a passion for working with children of varying ages. Responsibilities include supervising indoor and outdoor activities, facilitating creative play, and ensuring a smooth transition between home and school. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a friendly demeanor are key. Experience in childcare or education is preferred but not required.
Lunch Aides
Seeking individuals to assist during lunch hours 11:30-1. Must enjoy the outdoors, have strong time management skills and observational skills, and be a confident multitasker.
