Micheline received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and went on to obtain her Ph.D. from the University of California. Along with her career at Love of Learning, Micheline is a clinical assistant professor at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in their Department of Science Education, where she works as a facilitator for first and second year medical students in PEARLS (Patient-centered Explorations in Active Reasoning, Learning & Synthesis) courses, which focus on basic biomedical science.She also works as a Visiting Scientist at the Feinstein Institute of Biomedical Research and is a Consultant and teacher at the Omnilearn Corporation.
Hailing from the Chicago area, Micheline met her husband Ted during graduate school in Irvine, California. They have four daughters and love spending family time hiking, traveling, and enjoying the water activities around Long Island. Micheline also loves hanging out with her friends, playing (and watching) tennis, and enjoying chocolate!
