Ms. Muratore comes to our school with a diverse background in teaching and a genuine passion for the profession and the holistic well-being of her students. Chiara is a passionate, lively, and engaging professional who has a natural ability to connect with children.
Ms. Muratore is a strong believer and advocate for the education of the individual. She aims to create mutually respectful relationships and keep open communication with her students and their families.
Ms. Muratore believes in the innate potential of each child. She challenges her students to ask questions, think critically, and develop creative and innovative solutions. Ms. Muratore looks forward to getting to know the personalities of each student so she can best assist all of her students to realize their potential, unearth their curiosities and passions, and guide them to become the best version of themselves.
Chiara has her Bachelors degree in Psychology, with a minor in Child Development from UConn, as well as her Masters Degree in Teaching (MAT) and Initial Teaching Certification for grades 1-6 from Sacred Heart University. She has since taught at the elementary and middle schools in the Greenwich public school system in Greenwich, CT. Chiara most recently taught Science and Social Studies to middle school and high school students at an alternative school for children.
Chiara recently moved to Long Island, and is grateful and eager to join the team at Love of Learning.
